Quick Reference
- START: Full address, date, and “starting with the front approach and exterior.”
- MOVE: “Now reviewing…” or “Now entering…” plus a clear, ordinary current-use area name.
- DESCRIBE: Orientation, floor, ceiling/walls, openings, fixtures, scope, uncertainty.
- PHOTOGRAPH: Overview, opposite view if useful, then condition details. For mechanicals, capture the full unit and its data label.
- FLAG: “Evidence gap…” plus who should resolve it.
- CORRECT: “Correction…” or “Resolution… supersedes my earlier concern.”
- INTERRUPTION: Pause the area, name the temporary location, then re-enter the original area.
- CLOSE: Summarize open, resolved, and optional items; state the full address again.
Operating Standard: More reviewable reconciliation items are preferable to silent omissions. Narrators should flag material uncertainty freely; the contractor will confirm, add to notes, update the MasterMind, or disregard it during reconciliation.
